For Lineage2Dex, seasonality is not just a buzzword, but a conveyor belt refined over the years: named servers launch twice a year, last for half a year, and merge into the permanent Union, so progress doesn't die with the season. Inside, you'll find Interlude on PTS with custom zones, alchemy, and an international crowd of 'dexters'. Below are the project's current servers.
Lineage2Dex is an international Interlude project on the PTS platform, which has been prominent on the scene since approximately 2013 and was the first to put the seasonal model into mass production: fresh servers open twice a year, a season lasts 5–6 months, and upon its completion, the world officially merges into the permanent Union server — according to the team, this is how they 'destroyed the stereotype that PvP servers only last a couple of weeks'.
The project's seasons are named — Skadi x300, Nanna x75, and others launched in different years — and each season introduces custom content on top of Interlude: from unique zones like Anomic Foundry on Hellbound to alchemy with recipes and ingredients from mobs. The Union-Interlude x50 accumulation server has been active since April 2020.
The Dex community is distinctly international — 'dexters' from all over the world, with a significant share from Latin America; the website and forum are maintained in English and Russian. Donations are present: the store has its own currency and paid sets.
This project is for those who need a populated international Interlude with a clear lifecycle: played a season on a fresh start — and either moved with progress to Union, or are waiting for the next season.
